职位描述：
PTP Team Leader
Work location: Hangzhou

Key Responsibility
1. Supervise the PTP (AP) team on a day to day basis on operational matters
2. Improve the standards of performance of team members, training and development of team members
3. Introduce process improvements initiative in the AP area and is responsible for SLA adherence for AP process
4. Ensuring customer queries are satisfactorily addressed and for handling first level of escalation
5. Motivate stuff and work allocation among team members
6. Coordinate with customer, IT support and external and internal auditors for any audit request

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in F&A
2. 3-4 years work experience in AP area
3. Can work under great pressure, especially month end
4. Good command of both written and oral English
5. Very good team handling skill
6. Grasp MS-Office skill and SAP experience

RTR Team leader
Work location: Hangzhou
