职位描述
岗位职责：
As the first responsible person of a project, with the efficient management and skilled leadership, the Project Manager ensures the project achieves the specified targets regarding the timing, costs and quality. The main responsibilities and tasks include the following:
1. Time Management. PM monitors/ensures the contractual delivery time of our products to customer. To ensure the milestones of projects, PM coordinates among internal functions such as design, production, assembly, quality and the necessary functions in HQ in Germany.
2. Scope Management. PM controls and monitors the project will be delivered according to the previously defined scope of supply. Any changes between Schuler and customer or among Schuler internal subsidiaries will be tracked accordingly and followed in the +/- list.
3. Costs Management. With the regular costs control during the project period, PM reports the currently incurred costs, forecasts the costs in the future and ensures the total project costs are below the budget and achieve the target.
4. Reporting. Regular reporting to company managements in China and HQ about timing, costs, quality and other project st?atus.
5. Coordination & Organization. PM is the main interface to internals (functions, subsidiaries) and externals (customers, suppliers). Organizing/attending project meeting internal or external with customers for trouble-shooting, action plan for open points or other issues is one of the common tasks of PM.
6. Other assignments assigned by supervisor.
任职要求：
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or comparable engineering study.
7+ years’ working experience in engineering field. Preferred in automotive equipment industry or related. Working experience in western companies will be a plus.
5+ years’ experience about project management in a comparable technical field. Successful completion of more than one multifunctional and cross-regional project with the lead role. PMP certificate is desired.
Excellent communication skills and leadership behavior. Highly responsible and initiative working attitudes.
Good English skills in written and oral is a must. German language knowledge is highly appreciated.
Knowledge about industrial presses is a plus.
Proficient computer skills about Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoints, Project. SAP skills is desired.
30% - 50% travelling.
