? Assist F&B Director regularly on reviewing, organizing and filing SALT results and scores

? Preparing and filing all Q&A results, scores and action plans for F&B Director

? Keep all administrative records for Director of Food and Beverage
做好行政记录
? Answer all business correspondence independently for Director of Food and Beverage in English.
独立的回应业务
? Organize appointments and diary for Director of Food and Beverage
约定见面事宜和做好每日时间表
? Answer and screen all telephone calls for Director of Food and Beverage and take proper initiative.
? 回应和浏览来电记录
? Open all incoming correspondence and take appropriate action.
回应所有现场来店拜访（董事）的客人
? Attend biweekly Food and Beverage meeting, prepare minutes and distribute them within 48 hours.
? 每2周参加餐饮会议，准备好备忘录并48h内分发给其他人
? Keep all files in good order for the Food and Beverage Division.
保留好所有文档
? Re-organize the filing system regularly so as to facilitate easy retrieval of information. 重新规划好文档系统以此方便回复信息
? Successfully follow up on any projects or promotions as assigned by Director of Food and Beverage.
? 很好的完成董事分配的任务和促销事宜
? Make decisions with sound judgments related to own department when necessary.

? Promote good communications with other departments so as to ensure highest level of office productivity
