Team Overview
The Analytics service at operation is to use data, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive models, and fact-based management to drive decision and action in order to improve business operation and business outcome.
F&A Analytics is focus on Accounts Payable, Order to Cash and Record to Report domain, aiming at provide value added proposal to help client impact their revenue, cost, cash flow and compliance, and achieve high performance.
Need to Have:
? Experience of a minimum of 8-10 years, familiar with Accounts Payable, Order to Cash and Record to Report concepts
? Prior experience of working on F&A analytics projects must include work on execute analytics and deliver insights and drive action and finally realize impact client's business outcome like revenue, cost, cash flow and compliance
? Prior experience of executing projects on payment terms analytics (early/late/urgent payment analysis, vendor payment terms analysis/discount capture analysis, vendor consolidation), DSO analytics, customer segmentation analytics, order entry to invoicing analytics, etc. Must have worked on at least 3 business outcome projects across PTP and OTC
? Business Acumen and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements
? Basic understanding of statistical concepts and predictive analytics
? Advanced reporting / report planning skills to put a monitoring and reporting framework in place and execute it on a periodic basis for all stakeholders
? Detailed knowledge and past or current hands-on experience to the latest Tools and Technologies used in F&A
Basic Qualifications
? Total Experience : Min of 8 years
? Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting. Professional qualification is an added advantage
? Prior experience of working on F&A CVC projects
? Prior experience of working on reporting and analysis work
? Six Sigma BB/GB certified.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
? Good experience in predictability analytics such as Statistical analysis, Optimization, Predictability modeling, Forecasting, etc.
