? Familiar with whole software development life cycle
? ITIL experience
? Familiar with Microsoft .Net MVC and EF, VBA, Access, SQL Server

? Advanced Interpersonal Skills
? Advanced Organizational Skills
? Advanced self-learning and technical research skills
? English oral and written skills
Role Expectations
40% of Time Providing Maintenance management
? Ticket management
? Troubleshooting and bug fixing
? Small change development
30% of Time Focused on D&A project support
? High level business requirement collection and feasibility analysis
? Technical solution and technical research
? Project development
30% of Time other D&A support
? Support backup and restore, server configuration, platform configuration, Technical training for new developer.
? Application install and deployment on digital platform
? Support coding and load & performance test
? Provide technical training (VBA, Access, .Net…)
