职位描述：
Purpose of your role
The position is to provide business/system analysis support to various web projects in APac. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the business requirements and producing the documentation for development team which will involve interaction with businesses, business/system analysts and other teams. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge on developing websites and be able to communicate with business in different language especially in English.

The candidate is expected to display professional ethics in his/her approach to work and exhibit a high level ownership within a demanding working environment. S/he will work in project teams and need to work independently and actively and can make high quality deliverables under pressure and time-constrained situation.

Your key accountabilities
? Communicate and build trust with customers, manage customer expectations, address customer issues/concerns
? Ability to transform business knowledge into technical details
? Ability to write functional specifications and requirements specification
? Understand development processes and structure for website/mobile applications
? Experiences with software development life cycles, especially Agile development methodology
? Participate UAT activities if required
? Apply

quality control process to daily work
? Ensure adherence to change management processes and assist in facilitating the ongoing review and enhancement of these processes
? Be able to back up of other resources in terms of technical skills and business knowledge
? Work on other areas if required

Your skills and experience
? Essential skills
? Bachelor degree in Languages or computing science related majors
? 3 years working experience in business/system analysis area
? Strong language skill in English.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Good communications and interpersonal skills
? Team work spirits and good personality
? Can work actively
? Desirable skills
? Language skill in Japanese or Korean
? Experience & good understanding of full development life cycle
? Mutual Fund related background
