职位描述：
Operations:
? Coordinate the completion of all standard and ad hoc Finance requests within the DS CoE agreed upon scope and Standard Operating Procedures for a given business unit, site and/or market. Develop, track and report on DS CoE Key Performance Indicators
? Review financial reports and analysis of others ensuring completeness and accuracy
? Participate and/or lead meetings and cross functional projects with finance colleagues
? Play a lead role in the migration of management reports associated with integration activity
? Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead review of range of solutions. Lead implementation of CI opportunities across BU’s and DS CoE team members
? Preparation and validation of complex financial analysis and other reporting activities including the prioritization and execution of ad-hoc reporting requests
? Support DS CoE Asia Lead and Team Lead in creating, updating and organizing relevant and accurate standard operating procedures and control documentation requirements (SOX)


Technical Skills & Experience Requirements
? Highly analytical with the ability to translate large amounts of data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations
? Process-oriented with strong organization and planning skills
? Ability to identify business issues/opportunities and to frame business questions
? Knowledge of various financial systems and financial reporting aspects
? Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
? Competency with spreadsheets & financial modeling (comfort with data manipulation and financial systems), particularly with Microsoft Excel and Hyperion Smartview
? Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

Qualifications (i.e., preferred education, experience, attributes)
? Bachelors required. MBA/Masters Finance/Accounting is preferred.
? 4+ years’ experience, ideally in a finance and/or Decision Support role, responsible for reporting, analysis, planning, budgeting and forecasting
? Versed in GAAP and IFRS general principles, financial skills, etc.
