Key Responsibilities
Directing the planning, analysis and definition of high-level software strategies and solutions through functional and technical expertise and an understanding of the enterprise, business system, and industry.
Directing the design and implementation of analyses systems that will identify the strategic requirements related to people and processes necessary for the success of projects.
Directing the implementation of the technical infrastructure, including networks, platforms and servers, enterprise enabling, application enabling, security and operations management.
Directing the integration of technical and application components to meet business requirements.
Lead the effort to identify vendors of software applications that meet specified requirements while simultaneously leading the effort to arrange favorable terms for procurement of selected software applications.
Directing the planning, estimating, management and delivery processes of a project with the goal of realizing maximized benefits with minimized risks for the stakeholder.
Leading the process of identifying, analyzing, mitigating and responding to project financial; operational; security and legal threats - both real and anticipated.
Ensuring clearly defined business goals and expectations; directing the utilization of efficient and effective processes and standards in order to continuously improve the quality of processes, products and services.
Developing a high-performing, motivated workgroup to achieve project goals and realize added value to client’s enterprises.
Leading the process of determining resource status and requirements, deploying resources to points of need, and coordinating sourcing and outplacement to ensure organizational goals are met in a timely fashion.
Leading the design and implementation of a metrics program to track and report on key performance indicators for a project, workgroup, or organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor or above degree
Understanding of technical architecture within a given technical domain, e.g. Java/J2EE;
Knowledge of software quality processes;
Knowledge of software development lifecycle;
13+ years relevant working experience with 6+ years project management experience;
Strong project management skill/experiences, prefer PMP
Has team leading experience to a group of 100+ members
