Position responsibilities:

• Supplier audit and improvement.
• Supplier quality issue complaint, solution and follow up on site.
• Supplier process/product qualification.
• Supplier performance monitor and continuous improvement.
• Support New material homologation test.
• Push supplier to improve and correct raw material failures from IQC/production line/customer returns.
• NCR management: Follow NCR and push supplier to close within 7 days.
• Support to Develop incoming quality control planning to continuously improvement.
• Support of Incoming inspection specification creation.

Position Request:

• Bachelor degree or above, automation and rubber or equivalent discipline, knowledge of PCBA production and automation engineering background is preferred.
• More than 3 years supplier quality assurance working experience.
• Stamping/polishing production related working background.
• Experience in leading supplier audit and improvement.
• Experience in dealing with raw material complaint.
• Experience in qualify new supplier and also in supplier performance monitoring.
• Experience in working in big foreign investment company is preferredStrong knowledge of supplier audit and improvement.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System.
• Knowledge of rubber molding and production.
• Good coordination, teamwork, innovation and communication skills.
• High level of problem solving and managing supplier skills.
• Be familar with quality tools, such as PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan etc.
• Knowledge of PCBA process and production is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Good computer skills, Good at Microsoft office （Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Initiative,positive,can work under high pressure.
