职位描述：

Essential Responsibilities:

? Lead the technical development of GE’s key mobile & web applications

? Drive GEHC’s mobile apps & API development standards

? Quickly prototype and iterate on ideas

? Partner and work closely with the User Experience (UX) team to translate wireframes and designs into code

? Collaborate with business and cross-functional team as needed

? Monitor Web & Mobility application code quality through development, test, and QA

? Lead vendor resources to conduct mobility apps & API development

Quality Specific Goals:

· Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

· Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

· Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

· Responsible for data integrity of the system inventory, as applicable

· Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction

· Responsible for the validation of all GxP relevant applications and maintaining the validated state of those applications, including infrastructure qualification

Qualifications:

· ? A minimum of 5 years of experience with mobile application architecture, frameworks, development methodologies, and mobile user interface design principles

· ? A minimum of 3 years of Java, HTML5/CSS/Javascript development experience

· ? A minimum of 3 years of experience with mobile or web popular frameworks such as jQuery Mobile, PhoneGap

· Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication

· Project management experience in global environments

· Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization

· Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization

· Strong leadership skills

· Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver

· BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent

· Minimum five years IT experience of which two years should be in project management or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

· Black Belt certified

· Leadership Training Program Experience (ITLP, OMLP, FMP)

· Lean experience

· PMP / ITIL certified Experience in the Healthcare industry
