岗位职责：

-完成招聘服务的市场开拓、客户开发和维护；

-主动了解分析客户招聘需求，协助客户制定招聘解决方案；

-深度维护新老客户关系，提升客户满意度，挖掘销售机会，完成销售任务；
-独立完成客户资料及应收款管理，执行公司的销售策略及政策；
-及时反馈一线营销信息、用户意见，积极向公司提出参考意见。

任职要求：
-大专学历；

-愿意从事销售岗位工作，有销售岗位从业经验，有互联网、广告、人力资源行业销售经验者优先；
-有进取心，责任心强，能承受工作压力；

-沟通表达能力良好、普通话流利；

-工作主动，有良好的客户服务和团队合作意识。
