职位描述：
1)Lead Training and QA team (10+ QAs) to support customer service delivery in technical support account. Client is the leader of consumer electronic product industry.
2) Lead and Manage COPC deployment and maintenance in Quality and Training lines.
3) Work with client and delivery closely on improving CSAT, Quality and other metrics.
4) Provide high quality analysis to support customer service delivery by using Six Sigma and Quality statistics
5) Mentor and Coach Six Sigma projects
6) Driving Best Practice Sharing
7) Provide Training and Quality solutions to new deals
8) Lead/Support other Training and Quality initiatives

岗位要求:
1) At least 5 years quality experience and 5 years operation management experience
2) Knowledge of ISO 9000 deployment and operationalization, ISO lead auditor certification is a plus
3) Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus
4) Good functional knowledge of MS office tools.
5) Good communication skills - Fluent spoken and written English
6) Good leadership and interpersonal skills
