职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
- To deliver software implementation solutions / assets for each customer demand. The employee will be involved into different phases of the projects according to his/her skills, such as business requirement analysis, architecture design, micro design, leading development and performance tuning, etc.
- Overall technical responsibility for the success of solutions/assets related solution construction, implementation and system integration in a technology, industry or business specialty.
- Delivering new and complex high quality projects to clients in response to varying business requirements.
- Utilizing in-depth knowledge of leading-edge products and technology in conjunction with business skills to influence clients
- Resolve critical technical and non-technical problems to archive the project goal, also improving the development efficiency by adopting new methods.
- Work together with worldwide counterparts and collaborate across teams to build mutual trust relationship.

[Required]:
- BS in Computer Science with 5+ years of relevant experience, Or MS with 2+ years of relevant experience,
- Rich project experience of requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale Java EE web applications
- Solid knowledge of Java technology including but not limited to EJB, JSP, Servlets, JMS, Web Services
- Be familiar with popular web development frameworks and tools, such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate.
- Solid knowledge on Database application development
- Good communication skills in both mandarin and English


[Preferred]:
- Good written and verbal communication skills, be logical and well organized
- Strong leadership skills
- Solid knowledge on IBM products, such as WebSphere, DB2, is a plus
- Passion for new technology, good team work and high responsibility
