1. Maintain for the entire computers. Manage for the on-line behavior;

2. Backup the key data regularly;

4. Maintain for the printer, copier and fax machine;

5. Support other departments for technical parameters of IT spare part, such as the cartridges information and install it.

6. Make the IT documents for problems solving to inquire;
编写IT故障解决查询文档；
7. Commit the content of the webpage of company（Intranet，AD users）;
更新公司网页的信息(将Intranet，AD用户信息提交总部)；
8. Manage for the IT relates instructions, media, and Key of IT rooms;
管理IT类说明书，媒体光盘，以及机房钥匙等；
9. Patrol and examine for the computers, servers and network equipment, such as server and network devices;
IT类设备巡检，如服务器、网络设备等；
10. Check the wrong configurations and breakdown equipment, and prevent potential hidden risk;
检查并修复错误配置及故障的设备，对潜在的风险隐患进行预防；
11. Train for the staff about the IT skills; 对员工进行IT相关技能的培训；
12. Contact with the outsourcing IT Company for after-sales service;
联系IT类外部公司进行售后服务；
13. Manage for the IT relates fixed assets;
IT类固定资产管理；
14. Other responsibilities assigned by Superior.
