职位描述：

Job Responsibility：

1. New people’s orientation training

2. Monitor and management new people’s on job training

3. Development and implementation of Annual Training Plan

4. Maintenance and development of training resource

5. Manage, monitor and evaluate the performance and quality of external vendors/ consultants/ service providers& internal trainers to ensure the training effectiveness;

6. Improvement of training system and process

7. Independent development of internal training course

8. Cross function training plan for each team according to team’s requirement

9. Responsible for the enterprise culture propaganda and company wechat

10. Responsible for E-learning program

11. Responsible for Training matrix for operator and responsibility matrix for office employees

12. Manage special position certification in production line and logistics

13. Maintenance training record

14. Annual training budget

Qualifications：
1. Collage’s degree or above
2. 3 years’ work experience and at least 2 years experiences in training function
3. Good presentation and communication skills
4. Fluent English in both Oral and Written
