Position Description:
- Responsible for all quality related activities, from incoming, processing to outgoing.
Support all department for quality control and improving.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible to carry out the department quality control work procedure and internal management policy.
- Responsible for incoming material inspection, in process inspection, outgoing inspection and instruments management.
- Timely handle quality report to related department.
- As quality support for new product review.
- Work with process engineer to implement internal audit and contribute to CIP to meet annual quality objective.
- Training.
- Other duties as required.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above; Major in engineering or related
- Above 5years experience in quality manage experience, with automotive experience is preferred.
- With Mechanical Assembly / Non-standard project experience is preferred.
- Good problem solving and communicating skills, fluent english ;
- Familiar with ISO9001,TS16949 and quality tools like flow chart, FMEA, SPC,8D report etc.
- Organized work style
