General Description
- Responsible for daily operation in warehouse, complete training of safety, quality,

productivity and work flow.
- Reach company’s target and budget.
Specific Accountabilities
-Ensure operational excellence by complying with the quality control system based on the

company’s ISO 9001,ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standard.
- Comply with SLI 5S, safety standards and PIT equipment policies etc to work in a safe

working environment through consistent practice of safety programs and procedure to ensure

no injury happen.
- Complete warehouse daily operation by following SOP and WI’s requirement: drive

inter-campus truck to deliver and pick up cargos to/from requested place timely; follow up shift supervisor’s arrangement to assist other warehouse functions on daily operation, make the

operation meet customer’s SLA and ensure client satisfaction.
- Complete training (including safety and operation) to improve work performance

and ensure follow up relevant requirement correctly.
- Perform any special duties or projects assigned by the management.
Skills Required
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Carry out all warehouse tasks in an efficient manner to ensure business requirements are

met (Service Level Agreements and Customer expectations)
- Co-operative (with shift co-coordinators/Supervisors/Management on all operational tasks/issues)
- Competence for night shift
Experience and Qualifications
- Logistics knowledge and background is preferred.
- Have driving license of B2 level or above,

and with more than 5 years Truck/Box Van driving experience
