职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Standardize and operate IT service desk, operation and procurement policies all China locations and ensure compliance with global IT policies, procedures, and security/design standards;
- Supervise daily IT operation including service monitoring, change management, procurement, remediation action, etc.
- Responsible for making recommendation for IT infrastructure architecture planning, and lead the implementation;
- Manager vendor performance and maintain relationship with carriers and vendors to purse best pricing and high quality support for products and services;
- Supervise IT support team to provide efficient and smooth IT services;
- Maintain the infrastructure service in local and other offices across the local region, including but not limited to Server/Storage management, Backup/Restore operation, Firewall and network device, Video/Voice conference device, Door access system, etc.
- Manage the security measure deployment, like security patches, anti-virus, anti-spam, firewall, PC security, etc.
- Maintain and update fixed assets reports on a monthly basis including laptops, printers, network cards, etc.
- Make recommendations for IT infrastructure and for manag the currently deployed corporate systems;
- Participate in Global projects and meetings as required.

Qualifications:
- 8 years+ working experience in managing a larger scale infrastructure;
- Bachelor or above degree in computer science or related;
- Strong time management and prioritization skills in a multi-tasking environment;
- Highly proficient in Windows environments;
- Strong knowledge on LAN/WAN technology, VMware technology;
- Good knowledge on Oracle, HTTP protocol will be preferred;
- Strong team work and collaboration spirit;
- Good language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese. 举报 分享
