职位描述：
1. Internal lab management; 内部实验室管理；
2. Perform basic metrology/precision instruments related duties;
履行基本的计量/精密仪器相关职责；
3. Perform MSA analysis (expert); 履行MSA分析（专家）；
4. Operate 3-Dimensional measuring machine independently ;
独立操作三坐标仪器；
5. Basic GGD&T knowledge and understanding;
基本的几何公差知识和理解；
6. Manage gage calibration systems upkeep; 管理量具校准系统保养；
7. Ability to verify machine is properly programmed;
能够验证设备程序是恰当的；
8. Ensure that product conforms to certain legally mandated consumer standards; 确保产品符合某些法律规定的消费者标准；
9. Ensure product effectively pass any process inspection;
确保产品有效地通过过程检验；
10. Prepare basic reports to describe studies and prepare documents and layouts; 准备基本研究报告及文件；
11. Remain abreast of the latest technologies; 详细了解最新的技术；
12. Constantly monitor the quality of the product; 不断监测产品的质量；
13. Coordinate with vendors for calibration and inspection services;
与供应商协调校准和检测服务；
14. Evaluate production samples for conformance to specifications;
评估生产样品符合规范要求；
15. Development of work instruction, procedures;
改进工作指导书，程序文件；
16. Specify inspection and testing equipment; 指定检验和测试设备；
17. Assist in development of plant SOPs; 协助工厂SOP的开发；
18. Follows and leads production in Lean Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement;
跟进和领导在精益生产质量管理规范下的生产，标准化操作程序（SOP）和持续改进；
19. Work with production to solve customer/product issues as necessary;
需要时，与生产一起解决客户/产品问题；
20. Participates in site or global projects and improvement efforts, as needed; 按需要，参与工厂或全球项目及改善行动；
21. Composite and prepare production samples for required testing at outside lab; 为需提供外部实验室测试的生产样品做准备；
22. Review all lab results and approve product release;
核查所有的实验结果和批准产品放行；
23. Lessons Learned development; 经验教训开发；
24. Perform trainings for operators; 对操作人员进行培训；
25. When there are 5 pieces and above unqualified products appear continuously or more than 5 pieces and above similar unqualified products appear within 1 hour during production, and also check with production team leader and shift leader and can’t solve it, you should report to the superior immediately; 当生产过程中连续出现5件及以上不合格品或1小时内出现5件及以上相似的不合格品时并与生产班组长共同检查，你无法解决时，应立即向上级汇报；
26. Perform any other duties assigned by Superior.
      完成领导安排的其它工作。

Education: Junior school or vocational technical school and above education level.
教育背景：初中或职高技校及以上学历。
Professional Skill: CMM operation certification; knowledge of applicable quality system standards, practices and procedures; ability to read drawings and specifications; knowledge of product acceptance standards, assigned gages, and workmanship standards; knowledge of customer expectations and measurements provided for monitoring performance; basic knowledge: Core Quality Tools PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, problem solving tools 5M, QRQC, etc., common tools 5S, TPM, etc..
专业技能：具有三坐标操作资质；具有适当的质量体系标准，实践和程序的知识；具备读图纸和技术参数的能力；具备产品的接受标准，指定的量具，和工作质量标准的知识；具备客户期望和性能指标检测的知识；具有以下基本常识：质量工具PPAP、APQP、SPC、MSA、FMEA，解决问题工具5M、QRQC等，常见工具5S、TPM等。
Working Experience: 1 year prior experience in Quality Assurance in automotive industry (lab).
工作经验：在汽车行业（实验室）一年以上的工作经验。
Computer Skill：Basic knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office.
计算机技能：具备电脑应用及MS办公软件基本常识。
Language Skill: Basic English level is preferred.
