1.Prepare project estimate and budget;
编制工程概、预算；
2.Calculate target cost;
测算目标成本；
3.Prepare RFC submitted to Owner;
编制对业主的变更申请；
4.Review RFC from subcontractors;
审核分包的变更申请；
5.Review contractor payment;
审核工程款的支付；
6.Account and group tender offers;
投标报价的算量、组价；
7.Review work volume calculation document;
审核工程量计算书。

Key qualification
任职条件：
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Budget, Civil Engineering and other related disciplines;
教育背景：工程预算、土建、及其他相关专业，本科及以上学历。
2. 5 years experiences on cost management or budgeting and estimate; Registered Cost Engineer Certificate is preferred;
工作经验：具有两年以上成本管理或概预算工作经验，取得国家注册造价工程师资格证书者优先。


Knowledge and skills
知识/技能：
1.Be familiar with management standard and regulations in this industry;
熟悉本行业的管理规范和法规；
2.Be familiar with quota and quota software;
熟悉定额及定额软件；
3.Must capability to audit independently and prepare estimate & budget;
具有独立审核和编制概、预算的能力；
4.Have knowledge of Building Material Market;
熟悉建材市场行情；
5.Be familiar with national quotas, project cost market and market prices of materials and equipment;
熟悉国家定额、工程造价市场情况、材料设备等的市场价格；
6.Skilled in logical analysis and general control;
具有较强的逻辑分析能力及良好的统筹管理能力；
7.Be capable to account and group independently;
能独立算量、组价；
8.Be capable to review calculation of work quantity;
能审核工程量计算;
9.Proficiency with MS Office software and list quotas;
熟练使用有关计算机办公软件和清单定额；
