职位描述

The AMO department is responsible for:
Technical maintenance of outsourced SAP HR solutions of our clients
Modification of the solution after delivery to correct possible faults, to improve performance or other attributes and to adapt the product to a modified environment
Stabilize, optimize, and extend the applications so that functionality continues to meet the clients’ changing needs


The AMO Consultant is member of the AMO department. His role is to provide appropriate application maintenance consultancy to NGA outsourced clients through advice, guidance, technical support and problem solving.


The objective of the AMO Consultant is to ensure that AMO operations for a client (for the areas within his/her responsibility) are delivered according to the contract in term of timeliness, quality and budget.


Main Responsibilities
Integrated into the AMO department and under the supervision of an AMO Team Manager, the overall responsibility of an AMO Consultant is to support our outsourced clients as follows:
?Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities
? Take the ownership of clients’ change requests / tickets, estimate the related workload, identify and implement the best solution to meet the client requirements and analyze the potential impacts of the proposed solution
? Generate easy-to-maintain bug free code and customizing respecting NGA best practices
? Operate required system tests using either provided or self generated test data, to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specifications
? Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled
Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, and ensure that his deadlines
? are met. Regularly report on status and progress to the AMO Team Manager
? Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level. Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues
? Understand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture


Delivery Key responsibility:
AMO Tickets:
? Takes up ticket within time frame as mentioned in SLA agreements
? Updates ticket according to :
Priority à Challenge priority with HRO/Customer if needed
? Fills in all ticket attributes correctly (request type, service type)
? Makes analysis of ticket request / problem description
? Proposes solution / solution description
? Solves ticket, or ensure it has been assigned to the correct pool (Central / Local (Regional or in country) or solve
? Uses Solution template
? Pro-actively contacts other teams in order to discuss ticket solutions and status
? Unit tests the solution in the Dev box and ensures the testing is documented
? Ensures technical regression testing is carried out for system changes (to identify the impact on other technical system components) in the Dev box
? Before closing ticket validates technical solution, transports and general status inline with SAS70 regulations


Quality:
? Looks after gaps and needs for improvement and improves services together with local team in agreement with the client if required
? Monitors and complies with SLA’s
? Is familiar with and utilizes Operational Excellence processes and templates
? Ensures functional and technical AMO documentation is updated following technical changes or HRSP implementations. Documentation and HRW must be up to date in order to enable other consultants to progress the work in case of an emergency.
? Communicates with business partner (à HRO local service delivery Manager / customer Business partner in case of AMO contracts)
? Ensures proper delivery of local change requests
Assists with the analysis of requirements, the proposed solution and the technical implementation and testing for change requests.
Competencies
Technical skills:
? Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
? Hands on knowledge of one or more SAP HR sub-modules
? Some years of experience into SAP HR application maintenance
? An overall understanding of the business processes surrounding Human Resources Management and Payroll, and ability to translate them in SAP HR processes
