Responsibilities:

? Implement as well as support potential solutions for IT client end technologies, based upon customer driven requirements.
? Attend customer project and service reviews workshops.
? Use the relevant IT standard processes as defined within ITIL
? Specify, procure and manage external support contracts for workplace systems and peripheral hardware and software.
? Negotiate Service Level Agreements with clients. Provide specified levels of service.
? Deliver stable systems through the use of predictive growth and maintenance techniques.
? Provide operational support on a daily basis
? Identify and resolve problems through use of technical tools and application of skills and experience. (Second level support).
? Deliver problem resolution and document problems and status via management tool.
? Conduct customer project and service reviews and workshops.
? Deliver training courses as required.

Requirement:

? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows family
? Strong knowledge of real time communication technology and products
? Knowledge of PC peripheral hardware and software
? Understanding of the principles of information management as a management technique to enable organizational development
? Experience in systems development and implementation would be an advantage
? Experience managing small teams and budgets
? Leadership and planning skills
? Superior communication and relationship building skills
? Strong project management skills.
? English fluently.
