Responsibilities:
- Execute all warranty related documentation and assistant in advising dealers on warranty related issues
- Process dealers warranty claim, weekly credits and monthly payments in promised lead time
- Handle warranty related inquiries and solve discrepancies from dealers efficiently and effectively
- Issue of warranty/good wills authorizations as required
- Carry out warranty audits on-site of dealership as planned
- Reduce unnecessary warranty repairs in dealership
- Steer of recall campaign, full information package to dealers before public announcement
- Process warranty payment to dealer timely
- Improve claim quality

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- 3 years working experience in auto industry
- Good automotive knowledge
- Workshop repair experiences
- Work experience within Multi-national Company is preferred
-Familiar with Microsoft programs (WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and project)
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Good communications skills
- Self-motivation and team work spirit
