Responsibilities:

- Manage and ensure safety of training centers over several locations by leading a team.

- Standardize operational process and rules for all the training centers.

- Ensure a smooth process and regulation for facility, training car, tool, equipment management in Training Centers

- Budget planning and finance control for Training Center operation

- Ensure a customer-oriented environment in training centers to support dealers and enhance training efficiencies

- Lead training center operation team to over long distance to fulfill daily responsibilities

- Monitor personnel performance and develop the competency of the team

Qualifications:

- University degree in Business Administration

- Knowledge of technical tools, equipment and car maintenance

- Managerial experience

- Facility management experience

- Automobile industry experience will be a plus

- Excellent project management skills

- Proficiency in written and spoken English

- People Management and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent analyzing and planning skills

- Customer and business oriented.

- Creative, flexible, reliable, open minded and sharing information.
