Responsibilities:

- Support line manager to do the BOCC activities/event planning and implementation

- Coordinate and communicate with dealers and 3rd party owner club for the BOCC roll-out and cooperation

- Coordinate and supervise agencies and other external partners on the development and delivery of services

- Ensure that the BMW brand values are consistently introduced and integrated into all BOCC activities

- Ensure that all projects are completed within allocated resources and budget parameters

- Communication with agency staff and other community organizations regarding the interpretation and adherence to program-related national and provincial regulations and policies.

- Assure that all projects are completed within allocated resourced budget parameters and well organize the finance payment and SAP input

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or closely related degree.

- Minimum of 3-4 years working experience, preferably with good knowledge of social media tools and technologies and an active participant in the social media sphere.

- Insight into the day-to-day needs and emotions of community members is crucial.

- Good understanding of premium brand values.

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.

- Effective use of resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Ability and flexibility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Good team player, with ability to work within multi-cultural environment.

- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and oral).

- Command of German language will be a plus, but not a requirement.

- Willingness to travel
