Responsibilities:

Dealer Communication is very important to check dealer readiness for DMS rollout and dealer opening.
They will check dealer readiness, support dealer to improve, introduce DMS rollout process and make DMS rollout plan for new dealerships.

This person needs to check dealer readiness and able to decide how the DMS will be rolled out to the dealerships and arrange agreements with the dealer about time and dealer contribution:
? Define rollout methodology
? Dealer communication and coordination
? Prepare slot-plan for rollout
? Coordinate the DMS rollout plan with Dealer Development department
? Definition of data to be shared between wholesale and retail and between dealerships
? Manage the dealer file
? Support the Finance Controlling department on Dealer Contract
? Collect feedback from internal and external, keep on improving DMS rollout, release and training.

Requirements:
Business Process Knowledge
Good knowledge of automotive dealerships in China:
? Knowledge of dealer network in China
? Knowledge of internal dealer and investor organization
? Knowledge of dealer contracts and service agreements
? Knowledge of dealer setup and dealer development
? Experience in QMA or comparable processes

Communication Skills
The main activity is to set up a rollout methodology together with the key-users and communicate it to the dealerships:
? Good communication skills
? Good people skills
? Open for discussion and new ideas
? Efficient persuasiveness to convince dealer managers to implement BMW processes
Language Skills
The key user has to communicate to multiple parties, therefore the following language skills are required (spoken and written):
? Chinese (Mandarin)
? English
