职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Direct and control Area Fleet Sales
- Implement the Fleet Sales Program for Corporate, Hotel, VIP, Government & SOE, etc.
- Set regional fleet sales programs, monitor and maximize usage of them to improve quality and generate more fleet sales
- Guide and coordinate with dealer fleet sales managers to ensure all dealerships to comply with BMW fleet sales policies and regulations
- Provide coaching and training for dealer fleet sales managers
- Prepare regional pipeline report for potential customers and update status regularly
- Coordinate with dealer fleet sales manager to ensure yearly target is achieved
- Support central industry manager in networking and following up of national accounts on the local level
- Conduct systematic prospecting and sales follow up of local large accounts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 years of recent successful professional sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Successful experience in developing personal network and selling to complex purchasing organization (multiple decision layer and long sales cycle time)
- Positive attitude and indomitable to objection
- Outstanding sales skills, ability to develop personal networking and build rapport with customers quickly
- Good understanding of fleet sales concepts
- Strong communication and management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good BMW product knowledge
- Proficient English
