Key Responsibility




To support the project manager in all project-related tasks regarding planning and steering of quality, cost and timing for the project as well as preparation, attendance and follow-up of meetings and committees.

Responsible for setup and monitoring of project timeline, quality and cost

Planning and setup of meetings and committees with top management and external parties

Preparation of project status, open topics and decision recommendations (ppt) for project-internal meetings and committees with top management

Participation in meetings with project team and top management and preparation of minutes

Support of project manager and work package leaders in follow-up of project tasks

Enforcing project-internal communication

Communication with different parties about project status in adequate and confidential manner




Qualification




Bachelor degree

Language: English fluent, Mandarin fluent, German nice-to-have

Analytical skills

Microsoft office, esp. PowerPoint and Excel

Project management

Communication skills, friendly but still persistent

Deep understanding of processes in bigger company or strategy related role

Strategy work experience

Solid project management experience
