ROLE OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Program Manager is a pivotal role . Reporting to the Account Director with a dual responsibility to the Senior Program Manager, the Program Manager has joint responsibilities of managing and delivering projects to clients whilst also training, mentoring and overseeing the development of more junior team members. The Program Manager will have a focus on “special” account work which requires unique needs.

Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:
？ 3+ years of hands on experience in online market research in a client-facing role
？ Fluent Business Level English communication skill is a must

Essential IT Skills Required:
？ Excellent Word and Excel skills
？ Competent Powerpoint skills

Role Specific’ Technical Skills or Knowledge Required:
？ An existing understanding of healthcare market research
？ Project management and/or account management/business development skills
