Corporate Finance – APAC Finance Operations Support

Reports to: APAC Finance Operations Lead

Job Summary

The APAC Finance Operations Support will work with the APAC Finance Operations Lead, GUFDs, and APAC GU CFM Leads to ensure the appropriate support is in place to enable the APAC Finance community to perform to its optimum.

• Prepare Monthly Productivity/Cost to Serve Reporting by GU
• Assist in Annual APAC Finance Plan and quarterly forecast process
• Tracking and liaison of APAC On shore training, including Transformation (Up-skilling) program
• Work with APAC Finance HR lead on APAC Finance blueprint, including tracking and reconciliation of open/backfill position requests
• Manage APAC CFM on-shore resources schedule (against contract)
• Responsible for all APAC Finance operations meeting logistic, including scheduling, collating agenda, and prepare minutes:
• Quarterly Town Hall
• Quarterly Risk List Review
• Quarter End Close and Internal Controls
• Monthly Strategy
• APAC Finance Leadership Calls
• Monitor/review/follow-up with respective APAC Finance staff to ensure all internal controls on contracts have been completed each quarter, prepare statistical data and report (of non-compliance) to APAC Finance leads
• Manage APAC Finance sharepoint with updates of policy, communications, community events, special interest group (e.g. OTC Super Users Support Group, ABD CFM) and reporting
• Assist in Global and APAC Finance ad-hoc project/initiative, including ‘Transformation project’, ‘Costing, pricing and financial deal evaluation support work’
• Manage the CFM Hall of Fame award program (awarded on Town Hall)
• Action access requests to APAC Finance sharepoint site, and maintain the various APAC Finance distribution groups
• Organize Singapore CFM/Finance community events
• Complete any ad hoc requests from APAC Finance and GU Leads

Qualifications

· Education: Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting or currently persuading ACCA or other professional accounting certification

· Work Experience: 3+ years of work experience, preferably in Costs Accounting / Managerial Accounting

· Work Requirements: Willingness to work flexible hours, as necessary, in order to meet monthly and quarterly deliverable deadlines and to provide extended-hour customer service support.
