Overall Responsibility
主要责任

1. 负责对整个维修过程规划，管理，并监督整个实施维修过程
Responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of active planning and managment of the entire maintenance process

2. 支持备件管理工作，监督管理备件在ID4中的采购流程，控制备件库存
Give support to monitoring and control of the spare part inventories within the time corridor in ID4

3. 制定维修计划并监督实施,如果有必要进行合理纠正措施或开发措施
Monitoring of compliance the maintenance plan, develop corrective action if necessary

4. 物料在预算，组织预防维护，计算并控制成本
Material budget responsibility in implementing the maintenance organization

5. 维修经理和设备组班长和模具组班长之间联络人
Contact person between the maintenance manager and the foreman of machine and tool maintenance

6. 负责对责任区内的机器各种情况进行收集整理，与各负责人有效沟通，确保机器正常运转。
Collect all information of the machine in the responsible area, and connect with the person in charge effectively, and ensure the machine running.

7. 负责现场纪律和各种事情的进程跟踪
Responsible for tracing the machine situation in the responsible area
