1. Quality educated background
2. Understanding mechanical drawings
3. PPAP review and SCAR experience for one or two years
4. Good knowledge of ISO 9001 (ISO/TS 16949 is a plus)
5. Fluent reading and writing skills in English
6. Willing to travel on business trips often
7. Strong communication skills
Job descriptions:
o Review and Approbation of Supplier PPAP documentation to ensure that zero inspection is required by the customer (SBI).
o SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) to ensure the issues are solved according to the root cause, and not superficial root.
o Supplier audit according to ISO 9001 (and in some case ISO/TS 16949).
o Monitoring if suppliers’ quality documents are complete and in place according to PPAP document.
o Verifying quality documents from supplier for each shipment.
o Inspecting part on site if there is a major quality issue with a supplier requiring more monitoring.
o Assisting other work if necessary.
o Work at Dalian office (大连沙河口区君安国际大厦).
