Target of the position岗位目标:

· Complement and ensure are in line with Management System

在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行

· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters;

根据ISO/TS16949， ISO14001， OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求，建立并改进与本岗位相关的工作流程；

· To ensure the measurements and test equipments of his own responsibility in groove;

保证职责范围内的量检具、检测设备在最佳状态；

· Ensure the inspection and test is timely, complete, accurate, reasonable and traceable;

保证检验和试验的及时性、完整性、准确性、合理性和可追溯性；

· Continually optimize the process and method of inspection and test.

不断优化检验和试验的过程及方法。

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

· Maintenance and management of measuring room related equipments;

测量间相关设备的维护与管理；

· Production inspection 产品检验；

· Assisting the management of gauge calibration协助计量管理。

Working Task(details)工作描述:

· Responsible for spare-parts management and daily maintenance of measure equipments, and supervising of the infrastructures and equipment situation; when there is abnormity, he must handle it as soon as possible;

负责职责范围内测量设备的备件管理、日常维护及保养，并监控其基础设施，设备及工具的状态，发现异常，

立即处理；

· Establish the gauge, measurement equipment list and the spare-part list, and update regularly to ensure company belongings being controlled;

制定量检具、测量设备清单及其备件清单，并定期更新，保证公司财产受控；

· Responsible to finish the incoming inspection, process supervising and finish part inspecting according to control plan, and responsible to finish the relevant reports;

负责按照控制计划完成产品的进货检查、过程监控、成品检验，并完成相关报告；

· Responsible to finish the company entrusted quality analyses & inspections or release inspections and finish the relevant reports.

负责公司委托的针对质量检验问题的分析检验检验或认可检验，并完成相关报告；

· Responsible to assist the management of gauge calibration;

负责协助计量管理；

· Responsible to perform the layout inspection;

负责执行全尺寸检验；

· Responsible to make out and fulfill the working plan in his own responsible according to production plan and project plan;

按照生产计划及项目计划制定职责范围内的工作计划，并实施；

· Other tasks assigned by quality department manager.

其他由质量部经理布置的工作。

Cooperation Scope合作范围:

· Cooperate with production, logistics and quality staffs within company for the inspection results and handling requirements of incoming and in-process inspection 与公司内生产、物流、质量人员协调来料和生产检验的结果和处理要求。

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· Education: Junior college or above degree; having good knowledge of length measure;

教育背景：大专或以上学历，具备长度测量的相关知识；

· Professional experiences: Skills for daily management, maintenance and MSA of measure equipments. Finish the capacity analysis of measurement tooling and equipments independently. Skill for usage of omnipotence measure equipment, contour instrument, CMM and Adcole 911 etc. 2D and 3D measurement equipments;

专业背景：具备检具及检测设备的日常管理、维护和MSA分析能力；能够熟练使用万能检具、轮廓仪、三坐标、Adcole 911等二、三维检测设备；能够独立完成检具及检测设备的能力分析；

· Foreign languages and level：Fluent German or English both in writing and oral;

语言要求：流利的德语或英语听说读写能力；

· Others 其它：
