职位描述

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for managing the daily activities and providing strategic guidance to GFS Intercompany Center of Excellence team which consists of 80-90 colleagues with a view to expand with new enterprise wide initiatives. Direct the GFS Intercompany Center of Excellence in a fashion consistent with Pfizer values and the Best In Class under the GFS philosophy and Make It Possible strategic intent. This includes working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements across existing processes as well as provide support to the financial reporting initiatives. Solid finance and business knowledge, excellent organizational and supervisory skills with a proven record of team leadership skills required.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with different stakeholders and project resources to ensure the intercompany processes migrate to Dalian site smoothly and successfully on time and within budget, so that Dalian COE site can provide great quality services to the global markets.
Manage daily activities for GFS Intercompany Center of Excellence professional team currently consisting of 80-90 colleagues providing quality intercompany services to global markets. This includes but not limited to month close responsibilities, intercompany reconciliations and resolutions, quarterly elimination entries, statutory audit requirements, monitoring of service level agreements, monitoring of intercompany aging and resolution and monthly netting process.
In conjunction with GFS leadership drive and support financial reporting and intercompany end to end value realization initiatives for Intercompany Center of Excellence. Inculcate and instill the team with a Continuous Improvement mindset.
Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders related to ongoing operations, future ERP deployments, acquisitions or divestitures and or any enterprise wide initiatives.
Enhance Business Unit partner relationships to meet the objectives of GFS and other Pfizer business units.
In conjunction with the GFS Leadership Team, design, develop and implement strategic imperatives that provide continuous improvement to; colleague development, process efficiency, process quality and Business Unit satisfaction.
Assure organizational health is maintained at the highest level to maintain focus on business objectives.
Ensure operations are being performed in an economical, efficient, & professional manner, and promote the highest levels of service, productivity, and quality and reinforces divisional and corporate policies and procedures.
Establish and maintain professional standards for selection, training, motivation, development, and evaluation of colleagues in accordance with personnel policies of Pfizer in order to ensure optimal levels of performance.
Collaborate and support other GFS locations in order to effectively manage intercompany activities
Ensure compliance with Pfizer accounting and SOX requirements as well as liaison with internal and external audit.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible).
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and/or finance required. CPA required. 10 plus years of accounting experience including prior supervisory experience. Public accounting and shared service with BPO experience preferred.



TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable.
Must clearly demonstrate the interpersonal, communication and strategic planning skills necessary to interact and facilitate change with senior management, division management and business unit partners.
SAP experience preferred
Possess a proven track record for:
Project management, change management, and strategic imperative implementation skills.
Strategic thinking with insight to understand and act on Business Unit needs is crucial.
Exhibits thought leadership with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams to build team consensus, develop effective relationships, resolve conflict, and influence others with the power of persuasion.
Experience in working with diverse, high-level, corporate, and divisional personnel.
Exhibit energy and passion with the ability to get things done
