Ⅱ.Main Accountabilities 主要责任:
1.组织监控内部过程审核、产品审核；
Organize and monitor Internal quality process audit, product audit.
2.每月更新汇总客户质量统计和质量成本数据；
Monthly update and sum the customer quality data and quality cost data.
3.组织、监控、指导过程质量控制及统计技术和方法；
Organize, monitor and direct process quality control and SPC
4.监控新项目的APQP和PPAP的状态，跟踪质量部负责的APQP要素及生产件批准；
Monitor APQP and PPAP for new projects， follow up the APQP elements by Quality and Production Parts Approval.
5. 监控生产过程的不合格品，定期组织不合格品分析，降低不合格品率；
Monitor the non-conformities for production process, timely organize to analyze the non-conformities, reduce the non-conformities rate.
6. 负责公司现场、客户、零公里及服务站出现质量问题的调查和处理，并制订整改措施。
Be responsible to investigate and handle the quality issues from customer, production process, 0-km, and warranty parts, make the corrective and preventive actions;
7. 推进公司内部质量持续改进工作；
Push the internal quality continuous improvement.
8. 针对新项目或工程更改，负责组织或配合项目经理，向客户提交ISIR；
For new project or engineering change, responsible for all QA tasks for VWED PT&FH and FAW-VW PT
9. 负责组织准备客户的年度审核或再认可
Responsible to organize the customer audit or requalification yearly.
10. 及时更新控制计划和相关的检验指导书
Update the control plan and the related checking instruction.
Requirements必备条件:
Education, Certification学历:
文化程度大学专科或以上, 相关专业毕业;
College degree or above
Vocational Experience职业经验 :
汽车行业3年以上经验, 熟悉质量工具;
Auto industry experience above 3 years, Familiar with products and process, Know the quality tools;
Other Competencies其他能力要求 :
熟练使用Office软件，英语听说流利，良好的英语读写能力。
Skilled use office software, fluent in listening and speaking, good command of English reading and writing skills.
