岗位职责：
1、代表酒店迎送VIP客人，处理主要事件及记录特别贵宾、值得注意客人的有关事项。
2、处理关于客人结账时提出的问题及其它询问。
3、迎接及带领VIP到他们的房间，并介绍房间设施。
4、作VIP客人离店记录,落实贵宾接待的每一个细节。
5、处理客人投诉，解决客人问题。
6、遇紧急事件时，必须（没有领导可请示时）做出及时、果断的措施。
7、监督检查前厅各岗位的服务工作，发现问题及时指正并与督导沟通。
8、负责贵重物品遗失和被寻获的处理工作。
9、与保安部人员及工程部人员一同检查发出警报之房间、区域。
10、向管理层反映有关员工表现、客人的意见。
11、负责酒店行政楼层客人的接待。
任职资格：
1、本科以上文化程度，25-40岁，形象气质佳，性别不限；
2、英语精通，大英四级以上水平；
3、熟悉前厅管理和服务方面的知识，具有熟练的服务技能；
4、有较高的处理突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通解决投诉的能力；
5、热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感。
