职位描述
Responsible for achievement of required quality standards by both suppliers and in-house manufacturing.
Will develop a thorough understanding of the quality expectations of customers and will develop the quality standards manual , and critical parameter brochure based on product engineering data for use internally and externally
Will ensure that suppliers are selected who have acceptable quality control systems, and provide a problem reporting and feedback procedure (such as 8D)
Is familiar with TS 16949 and its ISO equivalents and is trained in auditing to these procedures.
Will provide training to in-house staff in understanding the quality expectations and in use of quality tools such as 8D/five whys etc for problem resolution.
Has a minimum of 5 years work experience as a quality manager in automotive, or SPV manufacturing or first tier supply chain.
Qualified to degree level.
