岗位职责 (Job Description):
1. 负责生产计划、现场管理、生产工艺改进、质量管理、人员等过程的实际控制和改进。
Has real control and improves the processes of production plan, site management, process improvement and quality management and workforce.
2. 对供应商的质量、价值及及时性进行监控。
Monitors vendors for timeliness, quality and value.
3. 负责各岗位职责的明细与人员规模的确定，与团队成员密切合作，不断提升技术水平，并通过培训与督导不断提高其工作技能。
Determines the details of responsibilities on each position and workforce; Works closely with team members to continually upgrade skill level through education and cross training.
4. 负责制定标准生产工艺流程，合理安排人员及班次，持续提高生产效率，降低不良成本。
Makes standard production process, reasonably arrange workforce and shifts, continually improves productivity and reduce poor costs.
5. 负责贯彻质量体系得到有效实施，不断改进生产、质量统计过程的控制和具体实施的标准方法的控制
Implements the quality systems properly and effectively, continually improves production, control of quality statistical process and control of standardized method in specific implementation.
6. 负责生产安全管理制度得到有效落实，实施安全意识教育和岗位操作安全管理及培训，遵循安全的各个方面安全角色和期望。
Makes the safety production rules implemented properly, gives trainings on safety awareness and safety management of operation in the position, follows all aspects of Safety as described in GDC Safety Roles and Expectations
7. 负责监督遵循所有安全法规，规定包括所有需要的个人防护设备的正确使用。
Follows all prescribed safety regulations including the proper use of all required personal protective equipment.
8. 负责监督遵循所有TS16949和ISO 14001的指导方针。
Follows all TS16949 and ISO 14001 guidelines
9. 负责与相关部门合作明确各类有关生产和质量管理的事项，保障公司政策得到有效的实施。
Work together with related departments to clarify the work on production and quality management, ensures the effective implementation of corporate policies.
10. 负责保持整洁有序的工作区域和设备条件管理，根据吉布斯5-S建立指导方针。
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition according to established Gibbs 5-S Guidelines.
11. 执行指派的其他管理工作。
Performs other duties as assigned

岗位要求 (Position requirements):
1. 铸造专业和相关专业，本科以上学历或中级以上专业职称。
Casting or related major, with bachelor degree or above or with intermediate professional title (or above)
2. 铸造行业5年以上管理经验及相关技术培训经验，熟悉现代铸造工艺设计各环节和相关设备，精通熔炼、 配料、浇铸等工作，擅长铸造工艺分析，能够独立进行产品开发，工程经验包括强大的技能技术解决问题和新业务推出的经验,加工或模具设计经验。
5 years or more in casting industry and with relevant technical training; familiar with each step of modern casting process and design; knows well the work such as remelting, mixture ratio, casting; Good at analyzing casting process; Be able to work independently on product development, with engineering experience, such as strong capabilities on technical problem solving and new project launching, machining or tooling design.
3. 具备生产管理、计划管理、成本控制专业知识。
Has professional knowledge of production management, planning management and cost control, etc.
4. 对生产技术、机械设备常识、汽车零部件行业体系TS16949有一定的认识。
Has certain understanding of production technology, mechanical equipments and automotive industry system of TS16949.
5. 工作能力与数学概念和基础平面和立体几何，应用能力的概念,如分数、百分数、比例等方面的情况熟悉。
Ability to work with mathematical concepts and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
6. 解决实际问题的能力和处理各种具体的变量问题在标准化存在有限的情况下，能够解释各种说明书的书面,口头,图表或形式的安排。
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
7. CAD、中级电子表格和文字处理软件等的使用，有过相关领导力方面的培训、具有较强的领导能力、生产组织能力、计划与执行能力、组织沟通及团队合作精神等，能够精益生产和解决问题。
CAD, intermediate use of spreadsheet and word processing software. Training in leadership, strong leadership, production organizational capability, planning and implementing capability, organizational communication with team-work spirits, lean manufacturing, and problem solving.
8. 英语熟练，能够阅读和解释文件，如安全规则、操作和维护指令和程序手册，具备写日常报告和对应的能力。
Good command in English, ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
