What are my responsibilities?

-Process instrument product quality control and improvement.

-Quality failure analysis and trouble shooting.

-Non comforming cost statistic and Product OOBA ( out of box audit).

-Quality reporting.

-Maintenance and continuous quality improvement through implementation, use, promotion, monitoring and development of quality systems/tools/procedure. Development of quality measures and continual improvement initiatives for the process responsibility.

-Other task which management level assign to.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Statisitcal knowledge.

-Electrical/electrnics manufacturing knowledge.

-Engish speaking and writing.

-Quality tools and skills such as 8D ,FMEA ,Cpk.

What else do I need to know?

-Electronics/Electrical Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.

-3 years above experience in electronics/mechanical porduct quality control or manufacture or R&D.

-Sufficient exposure in a quality environment to be able to competently operate a Quality Management System.

-Knowledge of quality control techniques eg Statistical process control, statistical sampling etc

-Fault diagnosis, corrective / preventative action.
