BRIEF JOB PROFILE DESCRIPTION:

Perform accounting tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of intercompany accounts receivables.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责
Review GIS request form from end user and book IC non product receivable invoices in ERP system
Review G9 request form from end user and book relevant journal entry in system
Follow up aging items 30 days overdue with global counter parties and submit RMS reconciliation
Apply cash application or netting receipt application on time
Handle exceptions in resolving queries, discrepancies and enquiries with supply chain, market and counterparties
Assist in month end closing activities and required manual journal entry adjustment
Prepare IC aged account analysis report and present to market on monthly dashboard review meeting
Support internal/external audits as required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other related field
Minimum of 1.5 years of related accounting experience in general ledger or accounts receivable.
High learning agility, fast learner and willing to communicate with different people in different culture.
Good at English in both oral &written.
Adapt to shift work.
