BRIEF JOB PROFILE DESCRIPTION:

Perform accounting tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of intercompany accounts payables.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责
Book intercompany non product invoices with sufficient supporting documents for manual process
Resolve all types of interface failure issues on daily basis and work closely with global expert team.
Reconcile intercompany out of balance accounts with global counterparties on monthly basis.
Follow up aged out of balance items as well as IC GRIR accounts and submit RMS reconciliation.
Handle exceptions in resolving queries, discrepancies and enquiries with market, supply chain and counterparties
Assist in month end closing activities and make necessary journal entry adjustment.
Prepare IC aged OOB analysis report and present to market on monthly dashboard review meeting
Prepare ad-hoc reports as required for the operation and run payment montly
Support internal/external audits as required

Requirements:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other related field
Minimum of 3 years of related accounting experience in general ledger or accounts payable.
Good communication skills with diversity environment. Good at English in both oral &written.
Adapt to shift work.
