Position description：

Production training and documentation management.

Position responsibilities:

- Communicate with relevant person to make training course

- Define training schedule based on employee on-board date

- Arrang and organize production training

- Make the training as a trainer

- Track implementation of the training course

- Audit in line

- Update and improve the training course

- Training record management

- Assign collect paper form in production line

- Assign document in production line

- Production record and document management

Position requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in engineering field

- More than 1 year training working experience

- Strong knowledge of training system

- Can be the trainer for some training

- Good capability of communication and coordinator

- Engineering background or have the work experience in manufacturing

- Good skill in English speaking and writing

- Good computer skills of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
