Target of the position岗位目标:

· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949,

· ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters;

· 根据ISO/TS16949、ISO14001、OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求，建立并改进与本岗位相关的工作流程；

· Implement and ensure in line with Management System;

· 在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行；

· Acquisition of new orders and secure the existing business

· 获取新订单，确保当前业务

· Planning and implementation of product and distribution strategy (based on target customers)

· 基于目标客户，设计并实施产品及销售策略

· Custom main contact for all operational and strategic issues

· 制定主要销售方案及战略策略

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

· Responsible for camshaft sales in China Market

· 负责中国市场凸轮轴销售

· Support the other Presta key account manager for China Project

· 支持其他客户经理开展在中国的项目实施

· Support the other sales team member for the business in China

· 支持其他销售人员在中国区的业务

Working Task(details)工作描述:

· Responsible for project implementation at the customer acquisition stage, in cooperation with relevant departments including contract reviews

· 与相关部门合作，负责客户项目启动阶段订单获取，包括合同评审

· Perform customer's price negotiations in consultation with the supervisor

· 经上级领导批准，与客户开展价格谈判

· Support the Project Manager in commercial subjects

· 支持项目经理解决商务问题

· Cross-departmental development and expansion of the customer contacts

· 建立并扩建客户各个相关业务部门关系

· Analysis of product strategy of the customers and their implementation in a Presta product and sales strategy

· 分析客户产品战略，并在此基础上实施Presta产品销售战略

· Perform market analysis for selected topics and markets in consultation with the operational strategic sales planning Presta

· 针对Presta制定的经营战屡计划，对指定的主题及市场进行分析

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical engineering or marketing and sales

· 机械工程或市场营销相关专业本科或硕士毕业；

· Familiar with the working processes in the production companies, especially in the automotive industry

· 熟悉生产型企业特别是汽车行业工作流程；

· Strong communication skills and ability to explain and present well

· 良好的沟通协调及语言表达能力；

· English fluent both in written and oral

· 流利的英语书面和口语能力；

· Secret and confidential

· 相关保密要求；

· Ability to work in team

· 团队协作能力；

· Understand the main quality tools

· 了解主要质量工具
