Your key accountabilities
? Process annual and monthly closing on a timely and accurate basis
? Interact with business unit analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial results
? Support the annual close of the parent company
? Ensure successful annual external audit
? Ensure intercompany transactions in compliance with local regulatory requirement
? Prepare financial reporting to meet both local regulatory requirements and corporate accounting requirement
? Archive the accounting files in compliance with regulatory requirement and Fidelity retention policy
? Maintain an efficient fixed assets management system to reflect accurate financial result
? Implement accounting internal control systems and seek out opportunities to improve processes and controls
? Complete special projects/assignments as required


Your skills and experience
? 3 - 5 years of working experience in general ledger
? Sound knowledge of PRC GAAP and US GAAP
? Bachelor degree in accounting
? Overseas study/working experience is preferred
? Experience preferably for MNC
? An accounting designation from a locally or internationally recognized accounting society is a plus
? Knowledge of Oracle Financials or other ERP
? Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written and native level Chinese
? Ability to work under pressure
? Strong attention to details and well organized
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Must be a strong team player with leadership qualities
