1. 2 years above project experience in Dynamics CRM 2011 (preferable certified)
2. Around 7 years working experience
3. Must have end-to-end experience on at least 2 Dynamics CRM projects
4. Experience in MS Dynamics CRM architect, deployment, configuration and corresponding .Net Development
5. MS SQL Server 2008 or above and SQL experience
6. Fluent communication skills in English, written & spoken
7. Support location: Newport Beach, CA.
8. Preferable: US visa readiness
9. Must: be able to travel to onsite US for more than 1 year. Must be well versed with offshore work style & culture, and can work extended leveraging the day time of offshore center.
10. Preferable: English + Mandarin
The senior person on project should be an architect/ solution technical consultant, who can work through the different realms of CRM but by and large strong on Development side.
