Senior Specialist Planning Assembly Controls 高级装配线控制系统规划专员

Employment – full time

Tasks

To design, specify, deliver, maintain and improve control systems and first level of management executing systems for engine manufacturing processes and equipment ensuring the agreed project targets are achieved

Key Responsibility

• Design and maintain all processes for the control and manufacturing executive systems
• Part of control on Machine and Equipment design, modification and specifications
• Development of robust manufacturing processes to deliver project targets
• Project budget requirements and spend
• Project development and project team organization
• Lead and participate in cross-functional working teams 3 -5 people
• Target development and implementation
• Process and equipment development and modification
• Contractor/Supplier selection, problem solving solutions and escalation issues
• Financial versus technical evaluations
• Create proposals for the approval of necessary funding
• Manpower planning
• Management of Machine and Equipment suppliers

Qualification

• University degree / graduated in engineering (automation/electrical/Information technology)
• Proven ability in control, assembly or test processes
• Experience of high volume manufacturing processes preferably within the automotive industry, 3 to 5 years
• Project management skills
• Highly developed communication skills
• Team and individual development, management and leadership
• Knowledge of process control techniques and gauging methods
• Awareness of health, safety and environmental issues relevant to the area of responsibility
• Application of industrial engineering techniques, statistical process control, Jig and tool design
• Fluent in Mandarin, knowledge of English and German language skills
