- 3年以上java开发经验，参与2个以上ssh（hibernate、spring、struts）项目架构设计，掌握和熟练运用java设计模式

- 精通Java、Jsp、javascript、Css、HTML、XHTML、Ajax语言,熟悉wap开发；

- 熟练掌握 mysql ,Oracle， mssql2008数据库开发

- 具有一定业务分析能力，能够对客户一般性需求快速制定方案，并能编写设计文档

- 熟悉jbpm开发优先；参与大型企业oa,erp,pdm开发和实施经验优先

- 积极、进取，上进心强、学习及动手能力强、沟通协调能力良好，吃苦耐劳，有团队精神。

- 3 + years Java development experience, to participate in more than two ssh (the hibernate, spring, struts) project architectural design, master and skilled use of java design patterns

- Proficient in Java, Jsp, javascript, CSS, HTML, XHTML, Ajax, language, familiar with the wap development;

- Proficiency in mysql, Oracle, mssql2008 database development

- Certain business analysis capabilities to quickly develop programs to the customer's general needs, and preparation of design documents

- Familiar with the jbpm development priorities; involved in large-scale enterprises oa erp in pdm development and implementation experience

- A positive, aggressive, self-motivated, learning and hands-on ability, communication skills, hardworking, team player.
