Key Role and Responsibilities：

? Guide team to understand/review scope/domain process/knowledge and improve the opportunities & solution proposal
? Assist on writing and revising process map and organize User-Tips in compliance with customer strategy
? Participate in various projects as assigned; Ensure projects (GB/Lean/BPR) are properly implemented and communicated to concerned parties
? Assist on the stage of Sol-ID, OJT, analysis, report out, pilot plan and etc.
? Prepare problems resolution or training materials to effectively communicate to customers the best and most efficient methods
? Build up robust risk assessment/management capability
? Provide prompt follow-up on any commitments made to clients; Create and Maintain positive, friendly relationships with client contacts
? Other support like documentation and training

Qualification Requirements：

? University graduate or above
? CPA certified
? Transition or solution experiences preferred
? Minimum 5 years related experience, with at least 3 years in management position of international company. Big MNC or Big 4 working experience in Controllership field preferred.
? Good command of spoken and written Japanese & English
? Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
? PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Traditional Word processing
? Self-motivated, able to learn and research issues independently
? Prior customer care experience with ability to perform several tasks simultaneously
