岗位职责:　　
协助大区总经理对分公司的日常管理，并组织分公司人员完成市场销售计划，完成分公司各类市场、营运等目标。
工作内容:
1、根据总部、大区战略发展规划及年度经营目标，执行、落实分公司年度工作计划，并完成经营指标；
2、协助大区总经理制定、组织、监督公司各项规划和计划的实施；
3、负责分公司的收单市场拓展工作，开拓新客户，开发新业务；
4、指导、参与市场的开拓、渠道管理等日常工作；与客户、同行业间建立良好的合作关系； 引导和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度；
5、处理公司重大突发事件；
6、推进公司基本团队建设和企业文化的建设工作。
任职资格:
1、年龄28-35之间，全日制管理类、营销类专业本科及以上学历；
2、3-5年金融行业（银行、信托、证券、基金）管理工作经验，熟悉行业动态及运营发展趋势；
3、熟悉企业全面运作，具有先进的管理理念以及很强的战略制定与实施能力,对市场营销工作有较为深刻的认知；
4、良好的管理技巧和交际能力；
5、有丰富的业务资源，在当地有深厚的人脉关系者优先。
