Responsibilities:
- In charge of the daily business activities Group’s Branch office in Dalian. Manage and liaise with the local branch departments, and ensure the Company’s procedures, service standards as well as policies are fully implemented at all times
- In the capacity as Branch Manager maintain the Company’s business locally, and take an active role in enhancing further development of the Branch business activities in close corporation with the China Management Team
- Continue to improve and build on the local organization and its performance. Maintain positive team spirit and working environment
- Take the leadership of the full PNL of branches
- Develop business opportunity in freight forwarding, contract logistics and domestics transportation with full vertical.
- Have a concrete action plan with a roadmap and timeline to develop branches.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Minimum 3 years experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Minimum 3 years experience in a manager position
- Age between 25 – 40
